Blaine Rada
Blaine Rada is a Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer with Arch MI, bringing more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience to his business and personal development keynotes. Twice named America’s Greatest Thinker, he also walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain — twice — and wrote an award-winning book about his first trek.
A Mensa member with certifications in Distance Education and Applied Neuroscience, Blaine helps individuals and organizations differentiate themselves in a highly competitive environment. A Chicago-area resident, he’s been married for 40 years and is proud of his expanding family that now includes two granddaughters and four grand dogs — all Golden Retrievers.
Alana Beaugez
Alana Beaugez joined the Alabama Housing Finance Authority in 2022. As their Single-Family Business Development Specialist, she plays a vital role in communicating with their partners throughout the state to help make homeownership affordable.

Alana brings more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage lender working with Alabama families to achieve their homeownership goals. She leads the initiative to promote AHFA’s single-family programs and better connect with lenders, realtors, and homebuilders across Alabama.

She also serves as a Director for the Board of Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama.
