Jaime Anderson
Councilor, City of Trussville
Jaime Melton Anderson is a 27-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and currently serves part-time as a Lieutenant Colonel Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Anderson was elected to the Trussville City Council (Place 3) in 2020 and is currently serving her second term.

Miss Alabama 2013
Miss Leeds Area Chandler Champion was crowned Miss Alabama 2013 June 8, 2013. She has danced with the Rockettes and has a library named after her. Created a library for Rushton (a Gateway school) in Birmingham, where they named the library "The Chandler Champion Rushton School Library.
She has spoken to schools and various organizations across the state and the nation and is an advocate for Children's Miracle Network and Literacy. She has received numerous awards and achievements based on public speaking, dancing, and singing abilities.
