Blaine Rada
Blaine Rada is a Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer with Arch MI, bringing more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience to his business and personal development keynotes. Twice named America’s Greatest Thinker, he also walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain — twice — and wrote an award-winning book about his first trek.
A Mensa member with certifications in Distance Education and Applied Neuroscience, Blaine helps individuals and organizations differentiate themselves in a highly competitive environment. A Chicago-area resident, he’s been married for 40 years and is proud of his expanding family that now includes two granddaughters and four grand dogs — all Golden Retrievers.
Alana Beaugez
Alana Beaugez joined the Alabama Housing Finance Authority in 2022. As their Single-Family Business Development Specialist, she plays a vital role in communicating with their partners throughout the state to help make homeownership affordable.

Alana brings more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage lender working with Alabama families to achieve their homeownership goals. She leads the initiative to promote AHFA’s single-family programs and better connect with lenders, realtors, and homebuilders across Alabama.
​
She also serves as a Director for the Board of Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama.
Tammie Gravlee
Tammie L. Gravlee, CMB is President of Mortgage at Bank of Tennessee, where she leads the strategic growth and expansion of the bank’s mortgage division across Tennessee markets. A respected mortgage banking executive with more than 35 years of industry experience, Tammie has built a career spanning production, operations, and executive leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the evolving housing finance landscape.

In 2019, Tammie earned the prestigious Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation, the highest professional credential in the mortgage industry. She remains deeply engaged in industry leadership and currently serves as Co-Chair of the CMB Society and is a member of the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).

Tammie previously served as President of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA) in 2022 and was honored as NMBA Mortgage Banker of the Year in 2023. A strong advocate for housing and the mortgage profession, she is passionate about industry advocacy, leadership development, and serving the communities where she lives and works.
Tammie resides in Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband, Don, and enjoys spending time with their three daughters and six grandchildren, as well as traveling, singing, and the occasional bucket-list adventure.
Brad Roche
Brad Roche, The Mortgage Planner, has been a Top Producer for the past 30 years. He is a contributing author of Three Best Sellers about Marketing and Mortgages.
